Whitehead, broker/owner of BuyersOnlyFresno.com was born
and raised in Madera, Ca. and is native to the central
valley. Steve has been licensed since 1996, and
became a broker/owner in 1998. He is a member of the
national, state and local board of realtors. He is also
licensed by the State of California as a mortgage loan
broker, lic.#01210862 He is the areas only member of the
“National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents”. He
considers himself a ‘One Stop Shop’ of information and
services to his clients. Says Steve, “I originally got into
real estate because of my frustration with “traditional
agents” who supposedly represented me as a buyer. I always
felt “dual agency” to be a direct conflict of interest and
that there must be a better way to represent the interest of
the buyer. "There is no better feeling than having
successfully served your client in the most professional,
honest and ethical manner possible. That’s why I never
again will take listings and will only represent the buyer.”
